Who we are

What we collect when you book
The booking form on this website doesn't send anything to a database. It simply prepares a message for you, which opens in WhatsApp on your device. You choose whether to send it. If you do, we receive the name, address, postcode, phone number, preferred date and time, service and any notes you included — and we use them only to quote for and carry out your clean, and to contact you about it.
What we collect when you leave a review
Reviews are stored on our website so we can publish them. We keep the name you choose to show, your star rating, your review and, if you pick one, the service you're reviewing. We do not publish your contact details, and we don't ask for them in the review form.
Payments
We don't take payments on this website. No card details are ever collected here. Payment is arranged directly with us after your clean is confirmed.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. WhatsApp, if you choose to message us, is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Keeping and removing your details
We keep booking details only as long as we need them to do the work and stay in touch about it. You can ask us to delete your details or take a review down at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing oliverlatto123@gmail.com, and we'll do it.
